Our program for our youngest learners prioritizes a secure, responsive environment where "safety meets stimulation." We focus on the critical transition from reflexive movement to intentional exploration, ensuring every child feels nurtured as they find their footing.
Ages
6 weeks - 24 months
Infant Program:
Responsive nurturing with a focus on trust-building, sensory discovery, and foundational milestones.
Neural & Sensory Stimulation: We utilize high-contrast visual tracking, "cause-and-effect" toys, and a rich auditory environment filled with music and verbal engagement to spark early brain development.
Physical Milestones & Core Strength: Through intentional "Tummy Time," soft-structure navigation, and guided floor play, we support the critical progression from rolling and sitting to crawling and standing.
Early Language Acquisition: Our educators begin American Sign Language (ASL) at 6 months to reduce frustration and provide infants with a "voice" before they can speak.
Tactile Exploration: Older infants are introduced to a variety of safe textures and flavors, encouraging curiosity during the transition to solid foods and seated table exploration.
Biological Continuity: We prioritize a rhythmic schedule that honors each infant’s unique needs for sleep, nutrition, and fresh-air stroller excursions.
Toddler Program:
Active Autonomy with a focus on social intelligence, independent thinking, and coordinated play.
Functional Independence: Toddlers begin to master "Self-Help" skills, such as identifying personal belongings, basic hand-washing routines, and navigating the classroom environment with confidence.
Prosocial Dynamics: We move beyond parallel play into active socialization. Daily activities focus on turn-taking, cooperative play with soft building blocks, and learning to express wants and needs through language and continued ASL.
Applied Fine Motor Skills: We refine hand-eye coordination through tactile "work" like finger-painting, playdough manipulation, and shape-sorting to prepare the small muscle groups for future writing.
Locomotive Coordination: Our curriculum encourages high-energy physical mastery, including jumping, climbing, and the transition from "walking" to "running" with spatial awareness.
Introductory Logic & Literacy: Through daily Circle Time, toddlers are introduced to story sequencing, musical awareness, and the foundational concepts of patterns and grouping.
